These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of airportcocktailsociety.com (the “Site”) and the travel programs offered by Airport Cocktail Society, a brand of Landed Adventures (“we,” “us,” or the “Society”). By using the Site, submitting a request, or joining a waitlist, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.
The Society plans and arranges group travel — accommodations, experiences, transfers, dining, and related services — for private groups. The Site is informational: it describes our programs and destinations and lets you request an invitation or join a waitlist. Submitting a request does not create a booking, a membership, or any obligation on either side. Trips are confirmed only through a separate written booking arrangement, which may include additional terms specific to your trip.
You must be at least 18 years old to submit a request, join a waitlist, or book travel with us.
Where we describe a trip organizer (a “host”) traveling free or complimentary, that benefit applies only when the host’s group meets the qualifying size and booking conditions for that specific trip, which we confirm in writing before anything is booked. Host benefits are provided as complimentary travel only — never as cash, commission, or other compensation — and are not transferable. We may modify or discontinue the host program for future trips at any time; changes will not affect trips already confirmed in writing.
Airport Cocktail Rewards, our loyalty program, is subject to its own program description on the Site. Travel credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and may be modified or discontinued for future bookings at any time.
Travel — especially mountain travel, skiing, and related activities — involves inherent risks, including weather, altitude, terrain, and physical activity. Suppliers may require you to sign their own waivers. You are responsible for judging your own fitness and ability for the activities you choose.
The Site, including its text, photography, graphics, logos, and the Society mark, is our property or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may share links to the Site freely. You may not scrape, republish, or use our content commercially without written permission, and you may not use the Site in any unlawful way or attempt to interfere with its operation.
Joining a product waitlist is not an order and does not guarantee availability, pricing, or a release date. If and when products go on sale, purchase terms will be provided at checkout.
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that descriptions of destinations, events, or conditions (including snow) will always be accurate or current.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Society and Landed Adventures will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for the acts or omissions of third-party suppliers. Our total liability arising out of your use of the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100); liability relating to a booked trip is governed by the booking documents for that trip. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Oregon.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest version, and continued use of the Site after changes means you accept them.
