Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Airport Cocktail Society, a brand of Landed Adventures (“we,” “us”), collects through airportcocktailsociety.com (the “Site”), how we use it, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect what you give us and standard analytics, we use it to plan trips and respond to you, and we don’t sell it.

1. What we collect

Information you give us. When you request an invitation, we collect what you enter in the form — typically your name, email address, and details about your community and the trip you have in mind. When you join a product waitlist, we collect your email address.
Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4, which sets cookies and collects usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location (city level), device and browser type, and how you found the Site.
Server logs. Our hosting provider (Netlify) automatically records standard technical data such as IP addresses and request logs to operate and secure the Site.

2. How we use it

To respond to your requests and plan and arrange travel you ask about;
To send you what you signed up for (for example, one note when the shop opens);
To operate, secure, and improve the Site and understand what content is useful;
To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising.

3. Who we share it with

Service providers that operate the Site and our tools: Netlify (hosting and form processing) and Google (analytics). They process data on our behalf under their own privacy commitments.
Travel suppliers — such as hotels, guides, and transfer companies — only as needed to arrange a trip you have asked us to plan.
Legal reasons — if required by law or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

4. Cookies and analytics choices

Google Analytics uses cookies to distinguish visitors. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, or limit cookies in your browser settings. The Site works fine without analytics cookies.

5. How long we keep it

We keep form submissions as long as needed to respond to you and manage our programs, and analytics data per Google Analytics’ standard retention settings. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).

6. Your rights and choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@airportcocktailsociety.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and in accordance with applicable law. Depending on where you live (for example, California or the European Union), you may have additional statutory rights — we honor those requests too. We do not discriminate against you for exercising them.

7. Children

The Site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Security

The Site is served over HTTPS, and form data is processed by our hosting provider. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information and limit access to it.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest version; material changes will be reflected on this page.
