Airport Cocktail Society
A members’ travel society

Gather your people. We’ll pour the rest.

You bring the group — your run club, your founders, your favorite troublemakers. We design the luxury trip they’ll talk about for years, top to bottom. And when it all comes together, you travel free.

◇  Any mountain · Any season · The host travels free

A society for the people who already gather everyone else. Every trip begins the same way — a cocktail at the gate, the moment it becomes real.

The bucket list

Some trips you take. Others you’re known for.

The reason to join isn’t a place on a map — it’s the moment. Racehorses thundering across a frozen lake. A heli-drop onto a glacier no lift will ever reach. Rosé in an Aspen meadow at the Food & Wine Classic. Pick the moment; we build the trip around it — and you’re the one who made it happen.

Watch the White Turf from the rail.

Thoroughbreds at full gallop across a frozen lake, a glass in your hand and the Engadin peaks behind. The most glamorous afternoon in winter sport — and your people are right at the rope.

Two dozen mountains and counting — but never the whole map. From the Alps to the Rockies to Japan to the Andes, if it has a great peak and a hotel worth its rate, we have the contract. Don’t see your mountain?

A Society weekend

From the first round to the last lift.

It starts at the gate — a cocktail and your favorite people. Then powder, peaks, and a terrace at golden hour. It ends days later around a long table, already plotting the next one. This is the arc of a Society trip.

01Why host

Lead the trip everyone talks about.

You’ve already got the group — the run club, the wine night, the founder dinner, the friends who text you ‘where should we go?’ What you don’t have is the time, the hotel connections, or the patience for two hundred logistics emails. That’s our half.

i.

You bring the people.

Friends, clients, members, the group chat that actually shows up — whoever already gathers around you.

ii.

We handle the rest.

Hotels, the reservations you’d never land on your own, itineraries, upgrades, perks, on-trip support. All of it.

iii.

You travel free.

Once your group hits the qualifying size, your seat at the table is on the house.

iv.

You become the legend.

The one who pulled off the ski week, the wine weekend, the safari they’ll still be toasting to in five years.

02Who hosts

If your people already gather around you, you’re a host.

You already know exactly who they are. The friends who text you for restaurant picks. The ones who say ‘I’m in’ before you’ve finished the sentence. The people who show up when you say it’s worth it.

03How hosting works

Five steps, from interest to itinerary.

01
Request your invitation.
A short form. A short call. We get to know you, your community, and what you’d love to build.
02
Collaborate on your ideal trip.
Destination, dates, vibe, ratio of ski-to-spa, the names on the table. Our team builds it around you.
03
Invite your community.
You share. We provide the assets — landing pages, decks, copy, anything that makes the ask feel easy.
04
We handle the planning and logistics.
Hotels, transport, dining, payments, perks, communication, concierge. From confirmation to wheels-up.
05
Travel together. Become the legend.
You arrive as the host, not the planner. We’re on-trip for anything that comes up — you just get to be there.
04Request an invitation

Tell us about your community and where you’d love to take them.

A short intake. We read everything. If it’s a fit, we’ll be in touch to schedule a 15-minute conversation.

We’ll be in touch within 24 hours — usually much sooner. By submitting, you agree to our Privacy Policy.
05Questions, answered plainly

How this actually works.

Airport Cocktail Society is a members’ travel club for community leaders. You bring the group — a run club, wine club, founder circle, alumni chapter, or friend group — and Airport Cocktail plans the entire trip: hotels, itineraries, logistics, payments, and on-trip support.

How do hosts travel free?

When your group reaches the qualifying size, your spot as host is included in the trip’s group pricing — the same way the travel industry has priced group trips for decades. Spread across the group it is a small share of each booking, and in return the group gets full trip design, negotiated hotels, perks, payments handling, and on-trip support. Hosts receive complimentary travel only — no cash, no commissions, nothing to sell or recruit.

What does it cost my guests?

Guests pay the trip’s published per-person price, and everyone in the group sees the same price. That price covers the complete experience — accommodations, experiences, dining, planning, concierge support, and the group’s hosted spot. There are no hidden fees beyond the published price, and your host is never paid out of it.

Do hosts earn money?

No — and that’s deliberate. Unlike creator-economy travel platforms where the host takes a share of what their followers pay, Airport Cocktail hosts are never compensated in cash. You travel complimentary; your community is your community, not your revenue stream.

How does Airport Cocktail Society make money?

Airport Cocktail is a travel company. We earn standard travel-industry commissions from the hotels and partners we book, the way established travel advisories have worked for decades. Hosts never collect money from guests, and there is nothing to buy in, sell, or recruit for.

What group size qualifies?

It depends on the destination and itinerary — many experiences qualify with roughly 8 to 12 travelers. We confirm your exact threshold during planning, before you invite anyone.

Do I need to be a travel advisor or influencer?

No. You need a community that already gathers around you and a passion for bringing people together. We handle every professional part of the travel.

Okay, what’s the catch?

Honestly, there isn’t one — and we get why you’d ask. You’re not buying in, selling anything, or recruiting anyone. We’re a travel company; we earn standard commissions from the hotels we book, the group’s pricing covers the trip, and your free spot comes from the group reaching size. The only real catch: you actually have to go.
